Is Northlake Right for You?
Nestled between Dallas and Fort Worth with plenty of room to roam is Northlake. Once a sleepy town of 20 people, Northlake has been growing steadily, taking advantage of its rural feel, excellent location and friendly neighbors.
Northlake is located on the southwest corner of Denton County near Interstate 35W. Commuters to Fort Worth enjoy a 30-minute drive to downtown. Dallas is less than an hour away. Many master-planned communities are minutes away from Alliance Business Park.
Two of those master-planned communities are Pecan Square and The Ridge. Designed with telecommuters in mind, Pecan Square was recently named Master-planned Community of the Year by the Dallas Builders Association. Each home boasts a Canopy technology bundle including full coverage half-gig wi-fi, Amazon Echo Show, Ring Doorbell, on-site smart home support and an Amazon parcel pick-up site. The Greeting House is an on-site co-working space with all the conveniences of traditional offices.
The Ridge is an expansive community that takes pride in reimagined amenities such as The Altitude, an innovative X-fit area with unique total-body workout equipment like a torque wall, escape TYIR, escape PLYO, a rower, assault bike, escape sled and more. A ninja outdoor course challenges all ages. Two pools, an adventure play area, fire pit, fitness gym, trails and more keep residents active.
Northlake is served by three school districts: Northwest ISD, Argyle ISD and Ponder ISD.
Northwest ISD serves more than 27,000 students across 30 schools. The district is ranked among the top 100 best school districts in Texas by Niche and has earned an “A” rating from the Texas Education Agency. The high school graduation rate is 96 percent.
