Coventry Homes Expands Offerings in Santa Rita Ranch

Coventry Homes’ building program in Santa Rita Ranch will soon expand with the builder offering more homesites in a new section of the Liberty Hill master-planned community.

Coventry will be offering six designs for 50-foot homesites. Seven designs will be offered for homes situated on 60-foot properties. Pricing will be from the $590,000s. Two models showcasing the designs are under construction.

Designs for 50-foot properties will be exemplified by the Goodrich floor plan, being built as a model home in the community. The two-story, 2,727-square-foot design will include four bedrooms, three baths, a game room, covered patio and a study. Available options include Texas-sized patios, media rooms and additional bedrooms.

The 3,643-square-foot Willis floor plan is the second model home and will highlight plans for 60-foot homesites. The four-bedroom design features an open floor plan with an expansive kitchen. A built-in wine refrigerator and rack will be included in the oversized island. The model will have a media room and work out room.

Coventry currently offers designs for 50- and 60-foot designs in the south section of the community priced from the $700,000s.

Santa Rita Ranch has been named Master-planned Community of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin (HBA) three times. Located in Liberty Hill, the community is known for an expansive list of amenities including a community center, multiple pools, waterslides, trails and parks. The Green outdoor experience offers a splash zone, basketball courts, fitness zone, playground and more. State-of the-art exercise equipment and exercise equipment is in the Wellness Barn.

Children attend Georgetown or Liberty Hill ISD schools, including onsite Santa Rita Elementary and Santa Rita Middle School.
