If home is where the heart is, Heartland is where your home should be! Coventry Homes will soon be offering award-winning designs in Heartland, and if you sign up for our VIP program, you can be among the first to learn more. 

Potential homebuyers who register for our VIP list will receive the latest information about sales, floor plans and incentives before anyone else. You will also be eligible for a $5,000 buyer allowance with the purchase of a new Coventry home. You even have an opportunity to purchase your new home before sales open to the general public. 

Heartland is a special place boasting small town vibes with friendly neighbors and plenty to keep you busy. More than 400 acres of the 2,100-acre community are dedicated to nature. You can walk, jog or bike miles of winding trails, picnic in parks and watch the kids climb to new heights at community playgrounds. On weekends, you can meditate by the 35-acre lake or drop a line from the fishing pier to see what’s biting.
